Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Utility Employee to join our TechOps team at Delta Air Lines. As a Maintenance Utility Employee, you will play a critical role in maintaining the equipment, tooling, and parts located on the ramp, inside and outside of the Base Maintenance facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the hangar and outside the hangar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain equipment, tooling, and parts located on the ramp, inside and outside of the Base Maintenance facilities
- Operate and locate equipment in and around the aircraft located on the ramp area outside of Base Maintenance hangar facilities
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the hangar and outside the hangar
- Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, stripping, blasting, and coating of aircraft parts
- Assist in determining the appropriate detergents, solutions, and equipment to effectively and efficiently accomplish shop and aircraft related functions
- Coordinate the flow of parts and supplies around the bay to support the AMTs and ensure safe work environment
- May be asked to support aircraft movement as a tug driver, brake rider, marshal, or wing walker if candidate has completed required training

Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or high school equivalency
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to read and write English
- Physical requirements: lift 50lbs, multi-task, work under pressure, and work a flexible schedule
- Team player and self-starter

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Aircraft Movement experience
- Operation of ground support equipment
