We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate reputed company Use Disorder reputed company III to join our Behavioral Health Department in Mount Vernon, WA. As a key member of reputed company, you will reputed company reputed company counseling services to patients, reputed company assessments, evaluations, and intakes, and reputed company individualized treatment plans to support recovery.Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company individual and group counseling services to adults, youth, and their families with primary diagnoses of chemical dependency and emerging mental health issues
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and intakes to identify patient needs and reputed company treatment plans
- Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans based on ASAM reputed company
- Coordinate with staff and external agencies to expedite treatment and ensure continuum of care
- Maintain accurate and reputed company records, including patient reputed company reports and completion notices
- reputed company supervision and tutoring to SUDP Trainees, as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a Chemical Dependency reputed company license from the Department of Health
- Must have a Bachelor's degree and a college certificate qualifying as a SUDP
- Over three years of experience in reputed company use disorder treatment
- First Aid and HIV certification required; CPR certification reputed company 90 days of hire
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
