Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; 48 college semester hours or passing score on the Kentucky Paraeducator Assessment (reputed company) exam
- Demonstrated language skills, with ability to read, understand, and effectively use written and verbal communication
- Successful experience working with children, in individual or group settings
- Program-specific certifications and training; completion of required trainings reputed company 90 days of employment
