As a Lead Professional Services Representative, you will spearhead the sales of cutting-edge services solutions and functional consulting capabilities, driving organizational efficiency and reducing compliance risks. You will utilize a consultative approach to navigate multi-level decision-making environments, scope projects, and write detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline specific tasks, deliverables, timelines, and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive proposals that include technical solutions, financial solutions, and overall cost savings.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to executive-level decision-makers regarding outcome-based software solutions.
  • Draft Statements of Work (SOW) that outline the scope of work, including key milestones, acceptance criteria, and payment terms.
  • Develop and demonstrate a strong understanding of the customer's business, identifying areas where Honeywell can add value through technology, solutions, and resources.
  • Coordinate customer-facing and internal efforts to produce winning value propositions and proposals that secure orders and achieve or exceed targets.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Professional Services experience in one or more of the following vertical markets: industrial, pharmaceutical, high-tech manufacturing, and medical device.
  • Bachelor's/Technical Degree preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the software development life cycle and the ability to articulate the financial benefits of complex projects to key customer stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership in guiding technical teams to develop projects that meet unique customer needs and objectives.
  • Polished professional with excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $170,000 - $220,000 (depending on location and experience).
