We're seeking an experienced Audio Lead to join our team in developing a new AAA multi-stage game. As a key member of our sound team, you will be responsible for creating an immersive and emotionally engaging audio experience for our players.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for sound design, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience with industry-standard sound tools like Wwise and Pro Tools. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Design Director to define the sound vision for the game
- Lead the creation of audio effects, music, character dialogue, and other sound content
- Drive cross-discipline collaboration to spec, build, and tune all sound systems
- Implement content in Unreal Engine and manage sound production
- Guide and mentor other sound team members and manage vendor relationships
- Analyze playtest feedback, user research, and data to inform sound design decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with industry-standard sound tools and software
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage sound production
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm for solving complex problems
