Job Title: Remote C1/C2 Support Specialist - Immediate Openings Available
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced C1/C2 Support Specialist to join our team at Workwarp. As a C1/C2 Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support services, prioritizing tasks, and resolving issues within agreed service levels. Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of Zinier support services, prioritizing tasks based on VMO2 ticket queue priorities and support levels
- Demonstrate technical domain expertise, setting up, implementing, and managing delivery of the service, triaging problems, and resolving issues within agreed service levels
- Proactively monitor platforms and systems, ensuring optimal performance, and perform regular health checks and housekeeping
- Manage and prioritize ticket workload to meet service restoration Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Demonstrate effective service management approaches, managing varying workloads, and prioritizing tickets to meet SLAs
- Ensure secure ways of working with sensitive data, defining how the service can grow to meet platform and product demand
- Communicate effectively with a wider audience, articulating issues and problems at different levels of understanding
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Relevant technical skills and expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work proactively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with integrated platforms and 3rd party systems
