Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues across the district
• Follow daily schedules, lesson plans, and network expectations to ensure a seamless learning experience
• Direct classrooms, accomplish curriculum objectives, and maintain a professional attitude in all interactions
• Assist teachers, school leaders, and office staff with tasks as needed, and maintain confidentiality
• Uphold all network and building-level expectations, procedures, and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning preferred (minimum 60 college credit hours)
• Certificate in teaching preferred
• Detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and communicate effectively with students, faculty, and parents
• Confident and capable of giving instruction in the absence of the regular teacher
• Willingness to develop own skill set and receive coaching
