**Transform Lives as a Behavior Technician - Entry Level (Remote Opportunity)**

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to drive positive outcomes. This fully remote position offers flexibility, competitive hourly rates, and a comprehensive training program to support your growth and success.

We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our team, providing in-home ABA therapy and support to children on the autism spectrum. As a Behavior Technician, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy and collect behavior and skill acquisition data
  • Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Collaborate with our team to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
  • Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
  • Maintain professionalism, goal-orientation, and a flexible schedule to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening shifts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
  • Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (1 year) or ABA experience (1 year)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personal means of transportation and a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills
