We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Autism/ABA Therapists to join our team at Key Autism Services. Job Overview:

  • Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
  • Implement behavior support and treatment plans established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collaborate with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
  • Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
  • Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting (1 year minimum)
  • 1-year ABA/RBT experience or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
