Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA/Autism Therapist to join our team at Key Autism Services in Locust Grove, GA. As an ABA/Autism Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism. Our team provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs, and we are looking for a skilled and passionate professional to help us deliver exceptional services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
  • Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement ABA therapy and counseling programs
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and supervisors

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
  • 1-year ABA experience (or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor)
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
