As an ABA Behavior Therapist / Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement personalized therapy programs, collect data, and provide one-on-one support to children with autism spectrum disorder. With a flexible schedule that includes morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorder
  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
  • Implement behavior support and treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and supervisors to achieve therapy goals
  • Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and a goal-oriented approach in all aspects of your work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology)
  • 1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
  • 1-year ABA experience or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personal means of transportation and a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that require fine and gross motor skills
