Transformational HR Leader | Remote Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
• Design and deliver onboard programs, facilitating a seamless transition for new employees
• Manage employee relations, address grievances, and provide guidance on HR-related matters
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced organization
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
