As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will provide top-notch customer service through online chats, email, and other channels, addressing a variety of customer inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Deezer's global customer base in multiple languages, including French and English.
- Support various contact channels, such as email, social media, and live chat, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Take ownership of customer issues, solving problems, and handling cases from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the Deezer team to ensure alignment and exceptional customer experience.
- Attend regular meetings with team members and managers to discuss progress, goals, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in projects as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of our team.
