- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and improve overall customer support processes
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system to ensure seamless follow-up
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
