We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Client Service Associate to provide exceptional support to our Executive Wealth Advisors and clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, delivering outstanding client service, and contributing to the achievement of our corporate financial and sales goals.
Job Summary:
The Executive Client Service Associate will provide comprehensive office, operational, sales, and service support to Executive Wealth Advisors and/or support multiple Wealth Advisors with accumulated AUM totaling $100 million or more. This role involves identifying and servicing client financial needs, cross-selling financial products/services, and performing a wide range of duties that require exercising judgment, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Executive Wealth Advisors throughout the sales cycle
- Address all member and member clients' servicing needs
- Perform paperwork and processing tasks
- Assist with new account processing, data entry, and financial transactions
- Exercise sound judgment during client interactions to determine needs and direct opportunities
- Maintain and update contact management systems and ensure distribution of routine client letters
- Assist with sales tracking, marketing efforts, and event coordination
- Initiate outbound phone calls/emails to set up client appointments and receive/route incoming calls
- Interact with various departments to facilitate daily business operations and resolve servicing issues
- Develop and apply knowledge of the securities and insurance industries to better serve clients
- Provide assistance with meeting and event coordination, compliance, and regulatory audits
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Financial Services experience
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66 licenses
- State Insurance License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Software
- Professionalism, solution-oriented, flexibility, and independence
- Strong organizational, time-management, and technical leadership skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects, detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Passion for learning, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- LPL Branch Net experience
- CRM software knowledge (e.g., GoldMine, SalesForce, Redtail)
- Symitar and Synapsys experience (Credit Union specific)
