Job Responsibilities:
- Managing reputed company calendars for three senior executives, ensuring efficient scheduling
- Arranging detailed travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Preparing and organizing documents for meetings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Proactively managing email inboxes and drafting correspondence on behalf of executives
- Coordinating meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution of reputed company activities
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
- Proficiency in reputed company Suite, including Gmail, reputed company Calendar, and reputed company Docs
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
