About the Role & Team:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Executive Vice President, Corporate FP&A, Finance Transformation. As a Senior Executive Support Professional, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our senior leaders, serving as a liaison between the Corporate FP&A/Finance Transformation team and our senior management team. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for FP&A executives
- Manage information flow, prioritize incoming emails and phone calls, and ensure timely and accurate responses
- Interface directly with senior executives, their support teams, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive results
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings with Disney senior leadership
- Oversee daily management of the physical office space, including ordering supplies, catering, and other department needs
- Assist in forecasting and budget needs, and manage department invoices and expenses
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our executive's business, including their goals, objectives, and priorities
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant administrative role, supporting leaders in corporate environments
- Sharp written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messages
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Confluence, Concur, and Windows environment
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize deadlines and deliverables
- Complete reliability handling confidential and sensitive information, with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Strong EQ skills, with the ability to build bridges, forge alliances, and encourage collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working at The Walt Disney Company or in a large public corporation
- Experience supporting senior-level management teams or executives
Education:
- High school degree and/or equivalent experience
