We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Associate to join our remote team. As an Insurance Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting Account Managers in reputed company aspects of desk management, gradually assuming responsibilities to promote into a Jr. Account Manager and then an Account Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Account Managers in reputed company aspects of desk management, including policy checking, certificate issuance, eligibility processing, reputed company control, and account audits. - reputed company and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, team members, India team, and Implementation Managers. - reputed company exceptional customer service, managing reputed company aspects of customer service for clients, including retention, account rounding, and new business. - Maintain clients and policies in agency management systems, making recommendations to clients about policy coverages, changes, exclusions, and insurance coverage needs. - Utilize analytical and critical thinking in work processes and communication skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Requirements:

Working Conditions:
