**Job Description:**
Join our innovative team at Cadmus as an Entry-Level Drinking Water Consultant! We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide water policy research and analysis support for our Public Sector Division/Water Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with leading experts, drive success, and contribute to solving the world's most challenging problems.
As a key member of our team, you'll have the chance to:
- Conduct literature searches and reviews on topics to support policy initiatives and assess the impacts of policy decisions.
- Research and synthesize information about water-related topics, such as infrastructure funding and financing programs.
- Write or edit guidance documents, reports, case studies, presentations, and other documents directed to specific audiences.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for Cadmus project teams.
- Present material internally and provide assistance for external meetings.
- Support high-quality client deliverables and ensure all practices are carried out in accordance with internal QA policies.
- Develop materials and packages for self-paced online training, in-person training, and webinar training events.
- Develop outreach and communication products, including factsheets and interactive tools, directed towards specific audiences.
We're looking for a candidate with:
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or a Master's degree with coursework in public health, environmental science and policy, sciences, social sciences, economics, business administration, finance, or other relevant area.
- Classwork or experience with EPA regulatory programs, water science, or policy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting over the phone and to live audiences.
- Ability to translate technical material to a variety of audiences.
- Strong organizational abilities and analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word and PowerPoint.
Cadmus offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A minimum starting salary of $60,000.
