**Job Title:** Lead the Future of Internal Communications: Director, GBCM Center of Expertise

Wolters Kluwer, a global leader in professional information, software solutions, and services, is seeking a highly skilled Director to lead our GBCM Center of Expertise in Internal Communications & Productions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with our organization's mission, vision, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the COE Internal Communications & Productions team in designing and executing communication strategies that align with the organization's mission, vision, and goals.
- Develop and maintain reusable templates and toolkits for common communications scenarios, including M&A, Crisis Comms, and complex change scenarios.
- Author high-quality content for various communication channels, including employee engagement programs, HR, compliance, and crisis communications.
- Manage a high-performing communications team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including GBCM Leadership Team and other internal teams across the organization.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives.
- Manage the COE budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously improving processes and tools and proactively proposing effectiveness gains.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in communications or public relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
- Experience in transformation projects and change management a plus.
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel approximately 25% of the time.
