Join our dynamic team as a Director, Brand Management, and drive growth across Minute Maid's portfolio of brands.
We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our brand management efforts and revolutionize the juice category in the US. As a Director, Brand Management, you'll lead the strategy and business creation across our portfolio of Minute Maid brands, driving growth and innovation in the Chilled and Food Services route to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand growth strategies, long-term business plans, and annual brand plans to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor the brand and competitive environment, providing performance updates to leadership and stakeholders, and recommending changes in direction as needed.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Lead the development and execution of price and package architecture strategies, innovation pipelines, and commercialization of product and packaging launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify commercial opportunities, grow the base business, and support new products and packages.
- Translate brand business strategies into compelling agency briefs and develop, execute, and track marketing communications plans.
- Manage the brand DME budget, ensuring delivery against financial targets, accounting principles, process guidelines, and goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 7-9 years of related marketing experience, preferably in CPG.
- Solid analytical skills, expertise in strategy development, and innovation development.
- Experience managing creative agencies, strong project management skills, and solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong influencing skills, ideally with experience managing and leading teams with thought leadership.
- Deep knowledge of the retail landscape in the US, preferably in the Beverage Chilled or Food Service Route to Market.
