Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate restaurant staff to achieve exceptional results
• Oversee human resources functions, including performance management, scheduling, policy enforcement, recruitment, and training
• Manage financial aspects, including inventory control, productivity forecasting, financial reporting, and labor and sales cost management
• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to drive sales and growth
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and maintain a safe working environment
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement proactive customer service practices
• Maintain high-quality standards and efficient order management
• Develop strategic relationships with suppliers and stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in the food industry or within a restaurant
• Prior management experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical capabilities, basic math and accounting knowledge, and a customer-first attitude
• Flexible schedule, including working on weekends, and ability to work under the guidance of the District Manager
