Job Summary:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will utilize your exceptional typing skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities to input client information into various software systems, create and manage spreadsheets, and retrieve and process data. This part-time, remote position offers a competitive salary and the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Input client information into multiple software systems with accuracy and speed
- Create and manage spreadsheets using Google Suite (docs, sheets, and slides) and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Retrieve and process various types of data in a timely and precise manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Quick and accurate typing skills (highly proficient in data entry)
- Excellent knowledge of Google Suite (docs, sheets, and slides) and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
