Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Excel and Salesforce to monitor, update, and analyze data in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness, meeting required standards and guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and discrepancies, collaborating with the sales team to ensure data quality.
  • Conduct regular data validation checks to detect inaccuracies and discrepancies in lead information.
  • Prepare detailed reports on missing or incomplete data, communicating findings to the sales team and leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related issues, qualify leads, and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline data quality, reduce operational costs, and enhance data management efficiency.
  • Document and report challenges or deviations from standard processes, providing recommendations for further action.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data entry, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow specific instructions, adhere to guidelines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience in sales or lead qualification processes is a plus, but not required.
