Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels, including text, phone, and email
- Champion our core values and contribute to achieving the goals of our pet care center
- Collaborate with our medical teams to deliver seamless support
- Work closely with the Sr. Director of Virtual Support to ensure success
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Dedicated home office or quiet workspace with high-speed reliable internet
- Availability to work weekend shifts and EST time zone
- Residency in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, or TX
