Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote LATAM team! As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of Lodgify, providing top-tier support to customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll become a product expert, guiding customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring prompt issue resolution and high satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the Lodgify platform
- Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed
- Identify and document software bugs or issues for continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in technical customer support or a similar role
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Patience, attention to detail, and logical problem-solving approach
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose technical issues
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Experience with CRM and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk)
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus!
