Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and resolve service inquiries from clients across various platforms, providing timely and effective solutions
- Utilize computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of work experience in a related customer service role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems
