Customer Service Representative - Non-Profit Support (Remote)
Job Summary:

- Provide empathetic and personable support to callers, addressing their varied needs and concerns
- Resolve caller inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Deliver excellent customer service experiences, ensuring caller satisfaction and loyalty
- Work independently in a remote setting, utilizing strong self-motivation and detail-orientation skills
- Multitask and manage multiple caller interactions simultaneously
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- English proficiency and strong communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
- Ability to remain empathetic and compassionate in difficult or tense situations
- Accurate typing and keyboard skills, with comfort using PC and internet navigation
- Wired internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
