- Listen attentively to client concerns, address them professionally, and provide personalized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- De-escalate high-pressure situations, resolving issues on the first call while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
- Cross-reference contacts and collaborate with teams to provide timely solutions to customer needs.
- Process financial transactions, handle client requests, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for reporting purposes and audits.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve service levels and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, driving sales growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.
- Proficient in computer operations and able to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
