Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their concerns.
  • Listen attentively to client concerns, address them professionally, and provide personalized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • De-escalate high-pressure situations, resolving issues on the first call while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
  • Cross-reference contacts and collaborate with teams to provide timely solutions to customer needs.
  • Process financial transactions, handle client requests, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for reporting purposes and audits.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve service levels and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, driving sales growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.
  • Proficient in computer operations and able to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
