Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at McLaren Integrated HMO Group (MIG), a leading healthcare organization dedicated to helping people live healthier and more satisfying lives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our members and providers, providing support, and resolving issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to daily member telephone calls, directing them to the proper services needed, educating them on their benefits, and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the Medical Management Department to authorize services and create linkages for members.
- Assist providers with eligibility, benefit, and claims issues.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
- One (1) year of experience in a customer service related role with direct contact with customers via telephone, email, chat, and/or face-to-face.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience in a physician health care office environment or high-volume call center.
- Knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions.
