About the Role
- Provide personalized support to luxury retail customers via incoming communications
- Conduct research to resolve customer inquiries and issues with style and poise
- Offer product recommendations and close sales with finesse
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a luxury retail or similar environment
- 1+ year of post-secondary education or 2+ years of equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in computer skills and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- Experience with USB wired headsets and smartphones or tablets (iOS or Android)
- A passion for high-end fashion brands and exceptional customer service
