As a Customer Service Representative - Medicare, you will work with a large reputed company insurance provider to deliver exceptional service to customers, resolving issues and answering questions reputed company to claims, benefits, enrollment, and more. Key Details:

• Location: 100% Remote (must be reputed company a 1-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103)
• Duration: 3-month contract-to-hire
• Compensation: Competitive salary
• Schedule: Flexible, with rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays (37.5 hours/week, with opportunities for overtime)

Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries and concerns reputed company phone, providing empathetic and reputed company support * Resolve issues reputed company to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more * Work with customers to troubleshoot problems and reputed company solutions * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, upholding reputed company'reputed company-reputed company service standards

Requirements:

• reputed company Center Experience: Inbound customer service experience (no telesales)
• Customer reputed company: Excellent customer service skills, with a strong orientation towards service and reputed company

• eSkills Test: Must score 80% or above

Preferred Qualifications:
