Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in our inbound call center, handling a variety of credit card-related issues, including payments, lost/stolen cards, disputes, fraud, transaction review, and balance transfers. You'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our customers, adhering to performance metrics, and escalating complex scenarios to our advanced support team when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers with credit card profiles and various card-related issues.
  • Handle an average of 80-100 inbound calls per day, addressing a range of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Adhere to performance metrics, including average handle time (3-5 minutes), customer feedback surveys, quality of service, and attendance.
  • Escalate complex scenarios to our 2nd tier level of support for resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
  • 6+ months of call center experience.
  • Financial services/banking experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office and email correspondence experience.

  • Competitive salary: $18/hr, with the opportunity to increase to $20/hr within 6 months.
