About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions

  • Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy

Requirements:

  • High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
  • USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Quiet, secured workspace
  • Must live in Texas to apply
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Must be able to thrive in a highly structured environment with open availability (evenings and weekends required)
