Customer Service Representative - Aetna Medicaid

Position Summary

  • Must live within 50 miles of Charleston, WV

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers, addressing a range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. You will be the face of CVS Health, delivering an excellent experience to our callers every time.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, and more
  • Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi not permitted)
  • Company-provided equipment and comprehensive training
  • Training Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (first 6 weeks)
  • Production schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday

Requirements

  • Must commute to the office in Charleston, WV when unable to work from home due to technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
  • Self-sufficient and able to work from home

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working remotely in a call center setting
  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Range

$17.00 - $25.15 per hour (dependent on experience, education, and location)
