**About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Phone Representative to join our team at HelloGym! As a remote in-home representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone and SMS. If you're a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone and SMS, responding to inbound calls and making outbound appointment setting calls
- Identify and resolve caller needs, providing information and solutions with a positive and energetic attitude
- Maintain accurate database records and manage SMS communications
- Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and key performance metrics
**Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type 40 wpm+ and work on a computer for extended hours
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, with ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
- Professional and friendly attitude, with ability to quickly develop rapport with customers
- Previous call center experience preferred, but not required
