As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to escalated emails and work queues related to orders, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Make outbound calls to customers as needed, providing order updates and resolving issues.
- Address TrustArc requests and provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Collaborate with the CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete daily tasks.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of call center experience or business experience with intense seasonality.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain energy and initiative during peak periods.
- Proficiency in personal computers, basic math, and business operations.
Schedule and Benefits:
- Seasonal position: October through December, with the possibility of overtime.
- Remote work schedule: 8:30 AM - 5 PM, with extended hours and Saturdays potentially required.
