Job Summary:

Join our team at The Popcorn Factory as a Seasonal Customer Service Associate, working from the comfort of your own home! We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team for the holiday season. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to escalated emails and work queues related to orders, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Make outbound calls to customers as needed, providing order updates and resolving issues.
  • Address TrustArc requests and provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Collaborate with the CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete daily tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of call center experience or business experience with intense seasonality.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain energy and initiative during peak periods.
  • Proficiency in personal computers, basic math, and business operations.

Schedule and Benefits:

  • Seasonal position: October through December, with the possibility of overtime.
  • Remote work schedule: 8:30 AM - 5 PM, with extended hours and Saturdays potentially required.
