Customer Experience Expert - eCommerce & Amazon
Job Summary:
Starfire Direct, a dynamic eCommerce company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Expert to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and driving loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage orders, track shipments, and facilitate returns and exchanges through our Shopify platform.
- Utilize NetSuite to manage order data, customer information, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with customers through Microsoft Outlook to coordinate order-related issues and inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms, including Amazon, to ensure positive customer experiences.
- Troubleshoot product issues, guiding customers through product usage and providing helpful tips.
- Work closely with fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Amazon customer service experience (essential).
- Proficient with Shopify, Microsoft Outlook, and NetSuite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be flexible with weekend availability.
- Prior experience in an eCommerce or retail customer service role is preferred.
