Customer Care Executive - Tech Mahindra BPO, Noida
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive at Tech Mahindra BPO, Noida. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective resolutions to customer queries and concerns
- Work in a 24*7 shift environment, with 6 days of working and 1 rotational week off
- Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support
Requirements:
- Any undergraduate or graduate degree
- Good communication skills required
- 0-3 years of experience in a BPO or customer care environment (6 months of documented BPO experience preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
