Customer Advocate (Final Dashination) - Delivering Exceptional Dasher Experiences
Join our team as a Customer Advocate and make a meaningful impact on the Dasher experience! We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to provide end-to-end support to our Dashers, resolving complex issues and delivering personalized solutions. As a Customer Advocate, you'll be an expert problem-solver, a passionate Dasher advocate, and an excellent communicator who knows how to adapt to the needs of our Dashers.
About the Role
The Final Dashination Customer Advocate is a critical member of our team, responsible for providing timely and effective support to Dashers dealing with bugs or errors. You'll work closely with our Dashers, using your de-escalation and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide feedback and solutions to partners. Your goal will be to create a delightful, consultative experience that exceeds our Dashers' expectations, while understanding their needs and providing them with the right DoorDash solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support to Dashers, owning their concerns and escalating as needed
- Leverage tools, escalation channels, and make empowered decisions to resolve issues
- Partner with Dasher Experience and Support Operations Teams to provide consistent updates and feedback
- Conduct pilot programs to improve the overall Dasher experience
- Work cross-functionally with partners to be the voice of the Dasher for our products, services, processes, and policies
Requirements
- 6+ months of agent experience in 2 lines of business supporting Dashers
- Ranked in the top 10% of your current Line of Business
- Consistently achieve a QA score of 90% or better
- Experience with de-escalating Dashers and turning detractors into lifelong promoters of DoorDash
- Self-motivated and bias towards action, thriving in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
