**Job reputed company:**As a Contact Center Ride reputed company Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling transportation needs for passengers and clients
- Assisting transportation providers with calls
- Making outbound calls to passengers, reputed company contacts, and attending facilities
- Monitoring and responding to chat requests
- Utilizing our proprietary platform, reputed company-party transportation software, and business technology to successfully complete reputed company requests
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional communication skills with reputed company and understanding
- Commitment to reputed company completing tasks
- Proven broadband Internet reputed company (Minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload) with the ability to connect reputed company ethernet cable
- Private, dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions
- Understanding of basic computer troubleshooting
- Available shifts: SMTWS (5:45am - 2:15pm ET), MTWThF (10:30am - 7:00pm ET)
