About the Role

The Compliance Education Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality training and consulting services to customers. You will conduct presentations, perform on-site evaluations, and provide expert guidance to ensure customers meet compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site services, including PowerPoint presentations, OSHA site evaluations, and HIPAA gap analysis.
  • Manage assigned territory and company expenses, such as travel and accommodations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email to resolve compliance questions.
  • Utilize electronic technology to deliver on-site visits and upload customer documents promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with bloodborne pathogens, OSHA, HIPAA, and HazCom regulations to maintain competency.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Completion of 30-hour online OSHA training required within the first 6 weeks of employment.
  • Completion of HIPAA certification at a later date upon joining the team.

  • Demonstrated ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to build sound relationships with customers through open communication.
  • Strong decision-making skills considering facts and organizational resources.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple activities effectively.
