As a Clinical Specialist, you will have the chance to work closely with cath lab technicians, understand patient processes, and identify areas for improvement. Your first week will be dedicated to comprehensive training in the cath lab, followed by 3-4 weeks of on-site observation, data collection, and documentation.

Your primary objective will be to gather insights, identify product discrepancies, and provide recommendations for implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians and cath lab technicians, to drive positive change and enhance hemodynamics systems. Requirements:

  • Experience working in cath labs, with a strong understanding of patient processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in observing and collecting data, system evaluation, and working alongside clinicians
  • Ability to evaluate product processes, execute documentation, and suggest improvements
  • Hemodynamics product experience, such as Philips, Siemens, etc.

Logistics:

  • 1 month+ contract with potential for extension
  • Client-provided flights and lodging for on-site work in Chandler, AZ
  • Ability to travel back home on weekends
  • Negotiable hourly pay rate
