In this vital role, you will provide expert clinical site contracting services to support study start-up and conduct activities, managing end-to-end processes for clinical site contracts, consulting agreements, and Confidential Disclosure Agreements. You will also set up financial data, raise purchase orders, and handle entries into financial systems, ensuring seamless site-related invoice preparation and submission. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining contract and payment tracking, participating in meetings to resolve issues, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Degree-educated with previous experience in a global and matrix environment within life sciences or a medically related field
- Knowledge of local contracting, budget, and payment processes in the UK and Ireland
- Relevant experience in Legal, Negotiation, and/or Finance-related fields
- Familiarity with UK ABPI contract template and NIHR iCT tool
