Job Responsibilities

As a Client Success Associate, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a select group of clients to ensure campaign success
  • Act as a trusted advisor and expert in our services and offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaign leads and ensure client satisfaction
  • Create and coordinate account documentation, including reports and recommendations
  • Drive account growth through excellent customer service, communication, and on-boarding

 

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of account management or customer success experience (or equivalent)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Comfort with using software such as MS Office, CRM, and custom-built systems
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong empathy for clients and their success
