Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Client Services Specialist. In this role, you will report directly to our Director of Operations and be responsible for managing support requests from clients and financial advisors, providing feedback to our broader team, and ensuring the voice of the customer is at the center of our products and solutions. Your work will be critical in delivering exceptional client experiences, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage support requests from clients and financial advisors, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide feedback to our broader team, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard and incorporated into our products and solutions
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and financial advisors, delivering exceptional service and support
  • Collaborate with our advisor services team to provide high-quality support and ensure seamless client experiences
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives, including improving the customer experience and providing suggestions for continuous product improvement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service or customer success experience in the fintech, financial, insurance, or wealth management sectors
  • Knowledge or experience with support desk platforms like FreshDesk or ZenDesk
  • A strong desire to learn, contribute to the team, and help people achieve their financial goals
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team
