About the Role

We're looking for a talented professional who can think strategically and execute tactically. As a Client Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing delivery strategies focused on results, performance, process, and prioritization. You will work closely with our senior leaders to identify client revenue cycle improvement opportunities and provide expert analysis, facilitation, and project management support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute delivery strategies to drive client revenue cycle performance improvement
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritize client needs and opportunities
• Provide expert analysis, facilitation, and project management support to drive results
• Manage key contract documents, budgets, and forecasts to ensure seamless delivery
• Develop and maintain RCM dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client delivery or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management and industry issues
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate with senior leaders and clients
• Intermediate-advanced analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence Platforms
