Transformational Change Manager - Electronic Health Records (Remote Opportunity)

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Manager to support our Federal EHR Modernization program activities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Change Management Plan that aligns with our customer's PMO Change Control Plan
  • Lead change management work streams with a structured methodology and process for PMO and Task Orders
  • Coordinate change implementation, monitoring, and post-implementation reviews, and report results to stakeholders
  • Analyze and process complex engineering change requests to determine impact on the overall system
  • Ensure change control by reviewing design release documents for completeness, proper authorizations, and system updates
  • Provide guidance and training to managers, site leads, engineers, systems, and network administrators on change management procedures
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of ITIL principles, methods, techniques, and best practices to configuration management and change management

Requirements for Success:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or clinical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
  • 8+ years of experience with configuration management support, including designing and establishing Change Management programs and documentation
  • Experience with process development and process management, as well as configuration management tools
  • Strong and effective communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and high organization
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • PMP Certification
  • ITIL V4 Foundation or equivalent higher certifications
  • Experience supporting multinational customers and utilizing change management tools such as Tableau, JIRA, ServiceNow, SCSM, or other similar tools
  • Experience processing service request and change request tickets using SCSM/ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools

Security Clearance Level:

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance, which requires residency in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.
