About the Role:
As a Call Center Representative - Healthcare at Gainwell, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, utilizing your knowledge of healthcare and customer service principles
- Providing timely and effective solutions to client issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Utilizing basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications to manage client interactions and update account history
- Adhering to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and consistently meeting production targets
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in any industry, with a strong preference for healthcare experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork
