Join our innovative team as a Business Systems Analyst, Learning Management, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learning and development at DoorDash. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning & Development (L&D) tech ecosystem, driving continuous improvement opportunities to optimize agent learning programs, and ensuring our global network of support agents are equipped to deliver exceptional support experiences.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of learning and development professionals, collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project progress, and develop and maintain standardized documentation and SLAs on LMS operational processes. Your expertise in LMS administration, learning software, and data analysis will enable you to make informed recommendations on enhancements, provide analysis and reporting to stakeholders, and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the LMS, including assigning and monitoring security permissions and resolving trouble tickets.
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate LMS Administrators to execute daily deployment, reporting, and user maintenance responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain standardized documentation and SLAs on LMS operational processes and procedures.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders and provide analysis and reporting on learner performance and training effectiveness.
  • Perform user-acceptance testing and create job aids and support documents to launch new programs.
  • Make recommendations for future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience.

We're Looking for:

  • A passionate and experienced LMS administrator with 4+ years of experience in creating learning paths, certifications, and badging programs.
  • A collaborative and creative leader with 3+ years of experience leading highly creative learning teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to pull data from various sources and analyze it in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Asana, Lessonly, Articulate, and Tableau.
